Delivery Policy

Interview Academy AI is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods to ship — “delivery” means activating your access to the online features included in your plan.

1. Digital delivery

All products and features are delivered electronically through the Interview Academy AI website and apps. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and there are no shipping charges.

2. When access is activated

• Free tier — available immediately once you create an account.
• Paid plans — activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). Your plan’s features and limits unlock on your account, usually within a few minutes.

3. How you access your purchase

Sign in with the account you used to subscribe at interviewacademyai.com. Your active plan and entitlements appear in your account’s billing section. No download or activation code is required.

4. Delays or problems

If your paid features have not unlocked shortly after a successful payment, first sign out and back in to refresh your account. If the issue persists, contact us at support@interviewacademyai.com with your account email and the approximate time of payment, and we will resolve it promptly.
