Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Interview Academy AI (“Interview Academy AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Interview Academy AI website, apps, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@interviewacademyai.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

Interview Academy AI is an exam-preparation platform offering practice tests, spaced-repetition flashcards, study notes, current-affairs content, performance analytics, leaderboards, and answer-writing practice with AI-assisted feedback. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features at any time.

4. Subscriptions, billing & payments

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (such as Plus and Ultimate). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. The fees, billing cycle, and currency applicable to your plan are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. When you subscribe, you authorize the chosen processor to charge your payment method for the recurring fee plus any applicable taxes. We do not store your full card or banking details; those are handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to billing periods after the change, and we will give you reasonable advance notice where required by law. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

6. Fair use & limits

Some features have daily limits or quotas that depend on your plan (for example, the number of AI evaluations per day). We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the Service stable and to prevent abuse.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or use the Service for cheating in a way that violates an exam body’s rules;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content except as expressly allowed;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share;
• probe or bypass the AI evaluation, rate limits, or entitlement checks.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as your written answers and uploaded files (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service — including sending it to our AI provider for evaluation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your User Content.

9. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to draft study material and to evaluate answer-writing. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and any score or feedback is an indicative aid — not an official assessment or a prediction of exam results. Always verify important information against authoritative sources.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and all content we provide — software, text, question banks, notes, designs, and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe and PayPal for payments and Anthropic for AI processing. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. No guarantee of results

Interview Academy AI is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, selection, or outcome in any examination. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Academy AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or the equivalent of USD 50.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Interview Academy AI is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
